What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable Android applications for Hike Cinema.
• Lead the implementation of new features, ensuring robust, clean, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to define and deliver innovative user experiences.
• Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and stability.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making and architectural discussions.
• Stay updated with the latest Android technologies and best practices. What We're Looking For
• 6-9 years of professional experience in Android application development.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
• Deep understanding of Android SDK, different Android versions, and device fragmentation.
• Experience with architectural patterns (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture) and dependency injection frameworks (Dagger Hilt, Koin).
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, material design, and responsive layouts.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integrating with backend services.
• Experience with performance optimization, memory management, and debugging.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for building engaging user experiences and working in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Bonus Points
• Experience with video streaming, media playback, or short-form content platforms.
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration on mobile.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub profile.
